ROTC at UCF

LTC Kevin Pilgrim, USA (Ret.) started an OCF group specifically to minister to ROTC cadets in the Army and Air Force programs at the University of Central Florida.

The cadets, who meet weekly for dinner and Bible study, presented Kevin and his wife, Dorothy, with an OCF coin recognition plaque honoring them in their dedicated ministry.
