We are grateful for the newest additions to the OCF Council and for their service to our nation. Please join us in praying for them as they prepare for their year ahead on Council! Introducing the OCF Council Class of 2027, whose term will begin officially on 1 June:

MAJ Jane Baer, USAR (Ret.)

“I do not remember ever hearing of OCF during my ROTC years and over thirty years later, I find the trend continuing outside of the academies and VMI experience, hence my desire to serve on the Council to help focus resources on this critical ministry.”

Col Dale Holland, USAF (Ret.)

“Serving alongside fellow men and women willing to be ‘poured out like a drink offering’ in service to our Heavenly Father motivates me to serve on the OCF Council.”

LTJG Brigit Jogan, USCG

“I would like to continue to serve on OCF Council because I know the immensely positive impact that a strong Christian military community can have on someone serving in uniform (in terms both of salvation, and also of providing a strong community with whom to share life together).”

Col Scott Johnson, USAF

“I seek the opportunity to faithfully serve OCF with my energy and prayers, leverage my professional strengths on behalf of OCF to attack difficult problems, encourage OCF’s hard-working staff members from the unique perspective of the council, and to be sharpened by fellow Council members to ever pursue Christ with increasing intent, vigor, and love.”

LTC Joseph “Chris” Rheney, USA (Ret.)

“After having served my first term on the Council, I have become even more invested in the ministry and work of the Council. I hope to offer what God has given me to provide continuity and support to the Council, the members, and ministry of OCF.”

COL Steve Schmidt, USA

“I have seen the Lord move in amazing ways at the intersection of faith, family, and profession through OCF, whether that be through small group fellowship, conference center ministry, or strengthening a local church that ministers to military members. I can think of no better way to serve the ministry that has served my family and me since 2014.”

Capt Robert “Bobby” Uebelacker, III, USAF

“My desire is to bring context, a junior officer perspective, biblical truths in a distracted culture, and a strategic focus to the Council. We believe the Lord is working in OCF and see great ways OCF can be used to further the Gospel of Jesus Christ through intentional discipleship!”
