Estate Planning

Thanks for visiting the OCF estate planning site!

We are told that a staggering 70% of Americans do not have a current will. Without a will, the ramifications on your children and surviving spouses can be staggering—from not being able to decide who administers your estate or how your assets are handled, to lack of control over guardianship of your children or the fate of a cherished family heirloom.

There are many reasons people do not have a current will—fear of dying, procrastination, confusion about the estate-planning process, thinking it is only for those who are wealthy, the cost of creating a will, and more.

We, at OCF, want to provide some "layman friendly" estate-planning information that can enable you to protect your family and be a wise steward of what God has entrusted you with.

You can click on Estate Plan Organizer and begin the data-gathering process. Once you've finished, you can print the information or ask for help. All of the information you log in is confidential. The Estate Plan Organizer does not ask for Social Security Numbers or bank account numbers. No one will see your entries unless you submit the form at the end of the process and ask for help.

In that case, one of our friends at PhilanthroCorp (a Christ-centered estate-planning firm) will be in touch to serve you in any way they can.

We pray that this service will be a blessing to you, your family and the charities dear to your heart!
