Tim and Kim Stiansen

LTC Tim and Kim Stiansen, USA (Ret.)

Tim graduated from USMA, serving twenty-two years before retiring in 2014. Tim and Kim encourage and equip Christian officers and their families to grow in their relationship with God and others through fellowship, study, discipleship, and biblical service.

Fort Leavenworth, known as “the intellectual center of the Army,” is home to the United States Army Combined Arms Center (CAC) and the United States Army Command and General Staff College (CGSC). Working with the Fort Leavenworth Chapel Community and assisted by many faithful volunteers, the mission of their ministry is “Bring In, Build Up, Send Out.”

Military members are invited to join small groups, participate in seminars, and attend retreats to fortify their faith and encourage biblical fellowship, growth, and service. They are sent out from here worldwide to impact our military, leading and serving others as our Lord Jesus did.

Activities include:

  • Weekly neighborhood Bible study fellowships
  • Specialty-group Bible studies
  • Discipleship breakfasts
  • Mentoring program
  • Large group gatherings (Send Out Celebrations, BBQs)
  • Retreats
