This month’s episode features not one but two gu

This month’s episode features not one but two guests: Lt Col Scott and Lisa Bedrosian, USAF (Ret.). The Bedrosians have been longtime supporters of White Sulphur Springs, OCF’s eastern Conference Center located in Manns Choice, Pa. Having had roles there as guests, staff, and volunteers over the years, Scott and Lisa recount some of their cherished memories made at @wssocf and share how God has used this special home away from home in their lives.

The Bedrosians describe how WSS helped them navigate the challenges of military life through mentorship, Biblical teachings, and a sense of belonging. They share influential anecdotes, like being reminded of their identity as missionaries in uniform, keeping symbolic “rocks” with spiritual truths, and renaming chores “blessings” because of a simple spatula on a dining room table at WSS.

Knowing the conference center’s spiritually rich and personally challenging programs might be intimidating to some, they also answer the frequently asked question: “But will I have fun?”

As the Eastern ROTC Retreat concluded yesterday at @wssocf, pray for these two regional ROTC retreats taking place this coming weekend...

Tom Falconer: As the Rocky Mountain ROTC retreat takes place 14-16 February at @springcanyon, pray "that God would move in the hearts and minds of the Cadets and Midshipmen that He wants to attend, so they will respond by coming. Pray that as we prepare, Bobby Rainbolt and I would be sensitive and obedient to what the Holy Spirit wants us to convey. And pray that the weather would not be an easy deterrent or excuse for folks to not attend."

John Cross: As the Midwest ROTC retreat also takes place 14-16 February, "pray for great weather and safe travel for the Cadets, Midshipmen, and staff that will be attending this retreat. Pray for Chaplain Todd Cheney (LTC, Army) as he prepares his messages on having a 'Reborn Identity in Christ to be Combat Ready for Christ.'"

From Col Larry & Bobbie Simpson, USAF (Ret.), who serve as the Regional Coordinators of OCF's Pacific Northwest Region: "It was a banner year with OCF Regional Coordinator visits to Alaska, Okinawa, mainland Japan, and Korea. We observed the Lord at work through those who have responded faithfully to His call.

"Though COVID caused some OCF groups to cease, we are now observing the slow re-establishment of fellowship gatherings. We did not see record growth but are delighted in the efforts of faithful leaders at locations throughout the Pacific Northwest (PNW) region in the Puget Sound, Hawaii, Korea, Okinawa, and mainland Japan.

"Within the PNW region, studies shepherded by faithful leaders weathered repeated PCS rotations, deployments, and COVID challenges and are thriving."
