Ric Schumacher, COL (USA, Ret): Keeping Life in the Box When There Is No Box

About the Topic: This series will feature a study of the Sermon on the Mount found in Mathew 5-7. We’ll explore principles and priorities for managing personal and professional life choices, offer guidance on how to integrate both faith and profession while staying in step with guidance from a God who doesn’t offer pat answers to all of life’s questions.

About the Speaker: COL Ric Schumacher, USA (Ret.), has been an OCF National Council member since 2014 and currently serves as the Council President. He and his wife Lisa raised three sons while ministering with various OCF, military, church, AWANA, and Precepts Bible study programs in the United States and Europe. They now live and work in California.

Concurrent Programs Available: Camp Caleb Junior (3rd-4th grade), Camp Caleb Adventure (5th-6th grade), Camp Caleb Challenge (7th-8th grade), and Allegheny Outback! (9th-12th grade)

A five-day traditional summer camp program with age-specific programs for rising 2nd-8th graders, Camp Caleb brings military youth into an authentic personal relationship with Jesus Christ, to strengthen their own family and peer relationships, and to prepare them for standing for Jesus Christ as teenagers.

A six-day program for rising 9th graders through recent high school graduates, Allegheny Outback! challenges teens to develop their very own personal knowledge of God by modeling Christ in real-life situations with plenty of adventure along the way.
