About the DOD SkillBridge program

The DOD SkillBridge program aims to help service members bridge the gap between their military service and civilian careers by providing them with valuable work experience and training opportunities during their last 180 days of service. Participating companies and organizations such as OCF offer internships, apprenticeships, and industry-specific training to help service members transition smoothly into civilian life.
