Cultivating a Conversation on Homeschooling

Wesley Dickinson and Andy Truitt

Join veteran homeschool dads Andy Truitt and Wesley Dickinson as they discuss their adventures in home education for their families. While many families found themselves accidental homeschoolers this past spring, many of those parents are now asking how to transition to become intentional homeschoolers this fall. In this two-part video series, the duo tackles questions on the minds of many parents, including: why families choose to homeschool, what paths are available for the homeschool journey, and how you can be a successful lead learner in your children’s education. As Christian, ask yourself, “Are my children objects to be measured or souls to be nurtured?” Check out the series to see what Andy and Wesley think.

What to do when you don’t know what to do

Chris Plekenpol

With the explosion of the COVID-19 pandemic around the globe in early 2020, a pervasive sense of anxiety and of being overwhelmed has invaded our nation, cities, suburbs, neighborhoods, and families. The fact that this invader is invisible has added to our angst. In this 5-part series, Chris Plekenpol is going to address anxiety, what happens when we don’t get eyes on God, and how to get our focus on Him instead of our fears.

Everyone on the Wall!

Bob specializes in simple, doable, “start small” processes. This 5-part video series will motivate and empower you to make a difference in your world.

Daniel: Engaging a Polarized, Hostile Culture

Keith Peck

A 5-foot, 7-inch white male was recently interviewing college students. He asked, “What would you say if I told you I was a female?” Then, “What would you say if I told you I was a Chinese female?” Then, “What would you say if I told you I was a 7-foot, 3-inch Chinese female?” None of the students had the conviction or clarity to challenge the interviewer. Daniel challenges us with hope for living as people of influence in a culture whose dominant beliefs and values are not only indifferent but hostile to yours. In this four-part video series, we’ll explore the Gospel according to Daniel and be encouraged by a man whom God used to bring His kingdom influence on the leadership of two powerful, pagan kingdoms.

Walk Worthy

Dondi Costin

Ephesians 4:1 commands us to “walk in a manner worthy of the calling with which you have been called.” Knowing that we can never live in a way that would make us worthy of God’s free gift of salvation, we are called to live completely surrendered to the Savior as He conforms us to His image. We “walk worthy” when our priorities align with Christ’s, and we live our calling when our character conforms to His. In this video series, we explore how the Spirit of God uses the Word of God to help us walk worthy of God.
